HR Mechanics, Inc. (HRM) team of professional and mechanical design engineers, AutoCAD technicians, are able to facilitate design services for a variety of projects ranging from simple to complex. HRM engineers routinely perform mechanical design services associated with foundations, reclamation, automotive entertainment systems and telecommunication devices such as cost estimates, foundations, warehouse and packaging conveyors, car-washes, CNC machinery, injection molding, factory processes, and critical design/redesign. Our typical project has engineering design, coordination review, finalization and implementation and control. HRM�s capabilities include mechanical design services for commercial, and institutional projects including: HVAC energy studies, CNC precision design or redesign, Semi-Conductor IC, value engineering, and life cost analysis. System designs include heat gain/heat loss calculations, pipe sizing, pipe layouts, heating and ventilating design, and duct sizing and layouts. All mechanical designs conform to applicable codes (i.e., Uniform Building Codes, Uniform Plumbing Code, and Uniform Mechanical Code). Process Engineering for warehouse packaging conveyor systems layout and design and/or expansion for improved efficiency and productivity. Product design includes, plastic, rubber, injection molding, sheet metal casting and fabrication.

Communications Systems Engineering

HR Mechanics, Inc. technical staff is comprised of experienced telecommunication engineers with backgrounds in automotive entertainment systems and public telephone design. HRM provides an integrated approach to the design and implementation of communications systems. Capabilities include Satellite, DVD, automotive entertainment systems, pay telephone equipment and feasibility studies and design services for improving or upgrades to existing communications systems.

The HRM staff includes a professional engineer licensed in five states, mechanical design engineers, a process engineer and drafters, technical and administrative support personnel. Our typical project has an engineering/design life cycle requirement. However, we are interested in providing new challenges to our engineering staff. HRM staff has worked on a variety of projects, including telecommunications, facility engineering environmental restoration and remediation projects, factory improvements, precision tool and die machinery, tribology and automotive entertainment industry.
